Delivery Information

At USmadeMattress.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

Where Does USmadeMattress.com Deliver?
 We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver outside of Canada internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.


In-Home Setup & Delivery:
 Free on all Stearns & Foster, Simmons, Sealy and specially marked Serta mattress sets.
SERVICE LEVEL: Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.)
SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately a week after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
TIMING & DELIVERY: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 1-2 weeks on Stearns and Foster and Sealy purchases, 2-3 weeks for all other brands anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible (Canada Details). Remote locations may take an additional week.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Mattress removal is available for an additional $49 when you select your delivery option online. For your added convenience, these other options are available for a nominal fee by phone only at 1-951-444-8599:

Front Door Delivery:
 Free on every mattress set that is not receiving free white glove service.
TIMING & DELIVERY:From time of order, receive your mattress in about 2 to 3 weeks anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible. Remote locations may take an additional week.
SERVICE LEVEL: Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. (For multi-family locations, delivery is to the front door of the building.)
SCHEDULING DELIVERY:You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately two weeks after your order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
AVAILABILITY: Select sizes only. Select your size to see available delivery options.
FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.

Next Day Front Door Delivery:
 Free on select sets, and for $69 on select Sealy mattress sets.
TIMING & DELIVERY: Receive your mattress in 1 day!* Available to most zip codes (check your zip). Order by 11am PST and delivery is made the next business day (For example, order by 11am Monday and receive your mattress on Tuesday afternoon; or order by 11am Friday and receive your mattress Monday afternoon.) You're not required to receive delivery the next day, the actual delivery date can be changed when you're contacted for the delivery. Remote locations can take 1 to 4 days extra (check your zip).
SERVICE LEVEL: Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. (In-home setup is not available with Next Day Delivery. For multi-family locations, delivery is to the front door of the building.)
SCHEDULING DELIVERY: Your mattress will be delivered the next business day between 12 to 5 pm. Someone must be home to accept delivery. You're not required to receive delivery the next day; the actual delivery date can be changed when you're contacted for the delivery.
AVAILABILITY: Select sizes only. Select your size to see available delivery options.

Mattress Removal:
 Free on every Stearns & Foster and or Simmons mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Free removal service is currently limited to Stearns & Foster and or Simmons deliveries.
If you wish to add removal to any other brand, please call or select it as an option on the product page for only $49. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service.

Your Pillows, Sheets & Bedding Delivery Options

Standard Delivery:
 Free on all pillows, sheets and bedding.
Your bedding order will be sent to you via Fed Ex or UPS ground. Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.
Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks. Bedding in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise products are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 business day. Transit time is approximately 3-4 days after leaving our facility.
